Alright lets take a poll real quick would it be more feasible for everyone if we did this in late July? I'd imagine we could get more people involved if it was summer time and the weather would be more guaranteed. I'm not saying we have to change the date but I think it would allow more to go and maybe longer?

I would be down however I don't know if I can get all that time off. But lets gauge interest. It may be something you OR members can do in April and scout the path and any WA members who want to jump in can. But before we decide anything lets make sure that we have consensus on when we want to hold the Annual Meet.

Summer time would be better, I have to plan my vacation a year out, we pick leave in December for the next year. I can do shift swaps for summer time off
