Alright a little detail on Day one of this Adventure. April 25th there is 426 Miles of travel from Arlington(ShrkB8/Brendan), and a ton of members from Arlington to Battle Ground I believe? Which means potential stops around the way. Meaning more than 8 Hours of Travel time. More or less like 10hrs depending how early we head out. OR we can say no way to the drive down as a club and wait until at least the Dalles for meet up or just meet in Bend. Its all up to you but I think the best route going is determining that. Either way I'm sure some of you won't be taking the Friday off to save a little Vacation time. I on the other hand will be taking that day off to head down early to ensure a good night of breweries and food.
If we head down as a group we also need to factor in that we need to stop for gas at least once somewhere in there too. Preferably a Fred Meyer for me. Love me them points off.
Day Two-Three(April 26th-27th)could be one of two trips.
1) Skip Sisters to Prineville and head straight to Prineville for Seneca which would shave some miles off the whole trip but wouldn't be the full experience? 2) Include the whole 250 Mile Traverse from Sisters to Seneca which would mean backtracking a little bit.
Day four (April 28th) would be travel back time for most of us to return to work(YUCK!) on the 29th. Which from Seneca is another 473 miles to Arlington. 7 1/2hrs for us who live north of Seattle.
514 miles via I-5 to arlington from seneca. If anyone wants their ACTUAL Mileage/Drive time hit Myself or StormTrooperRW/Reese Thompson up for more insight.
Can't wait to hear more input!

Worst case scenario if you figure about a 1000 mile round trip and say you average 11 mpg an gas is about $3.50/gallon you are lookin to spend about $320 on gas.

So I filled up a total of three times with only going to bend, or from Everett, WA. That would be roughly 200 bones. If we figure only one night in Bend and two nights out on a trail then you save on two nights of stay. I know of one member who said they have a house in Sunriver. Maybe some who want to try and seek that member out for meeting up?
So total atm is 320 for gas and 170 bones for a nights stay in Bend. Total trip would be roughly 500-750 if done right. I'm sure some of you can bring along friends to cut costs like I may. I talked to Chris at Goodlife Brewing and we may be able to meet up there for that night otherwise I will talk to my buddy at SilverMoon Brewery as well.
Lets see who wants in.

Would moving it to April 18th-21st work for anyone? If I don't hear negative feedback I will swap dates and set it in stone. As I've got a buddy willing to come with me and I can make it happen.

Just realized that's Easter weekend making it tough for some to go. I'm thinking that I can still do the original weekend just I'll be leaving Sunday for home.
